Society for Hong Kong Studies (SHKS) is the largest society of its kind, with approximately 250 members worldwide in its first year of existence. Among the founding members are editors of leading area studies and social sciences journals as well as esteemed and emerging scholars in various humanities and social sciences disciplines. The intellectual and social diversity of our membership will bring new perspectives and new questions to the field of Hong Kong Studies.
